These Terms of Service govern your use of ListingMorph, an AI-powered tool that generates optimized resale listings for multiple platforms. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
ListingMorph helps resellers generate platform-optimized titles, descriptions, hashtags, tags, and price recommendations for eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Etsy, and Vinted. Pro users also have access to Thrift Scout (AI item identification and flip analysis), bulk generation, image uploads, saved templates, and CSV export.
ListingMorph generates copy and recommendations only. It does not post listings directly to any platform. You are responsible for copying, editing, and posting the listings yourself in compliance with each platform's terms of service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ListingMorph is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
Free accounts get 3 generations per 24-hour period. Pro accounts are billed monthly ($6.99) or yearly ($59.88) and unlock unlimited generations, Thrift Scout, bulk generation, image uploads, templates, and other features described on the pricing page.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact listingmorph@gmail.com for refund requests.
The titles, descriptions, prices, and recommendations produced by ListingMorph are AI-generated estimates based on available data. While we work hard to make them accurate and useful, we make no guarantees about sales success, pricing accuracy, or platform compliance. Always verify prices against actual sold listings before pricing your items, and review all generated content before posting.
Thrift Scout's BUY/PASS recommendations are AI estimates based on training data, not real-time market data. They should be used as guidance, not as financial advice. Verify with eBay sold listings or other comp sources before purchasing inventory.

You retain ownership of the listings you generate using ListingMorph. ListingMorph retains ownership of the software, AI prompts, and underlying technology. The ListingMorph name and logo are trademarks of ListingMorph.
ListingMorph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for sales, losses, account bans, or any consequences arising from the use of generated content on third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingMorph's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to ListingMorph in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in ways that harm us or other users. You can delete your account at any time by contacting listingmorph@gmail.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of ListingMorph after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
